Sweet & Savory Ginger Chicken
1/4 C Brown Sugar
3 TBS Soy Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic
2 TBS Fresh Ginger grated
Pepper to taste
1 TBS Cooking oil
2 LB Chicken cubed
1/2 TBS Cooking OIl
2 Green Onion sliced
Handful of Sesame Seeds
Mix first 6 ingredients together and whisk. Pour into a zip lock or ceramic dish to make marinade
Add cubed chicken to marinade and allow to marinade for 30 minutes or longer.
Remove chicken from marinade and heat in pan with 1/2 TBS of oil until chicken is brown.
Remove chicken from pan and set a side
Add marinade to hot pan bring to a boil and reduce to a thick sauce.
Add Chicken to pan and allow to heat
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
Serve with rice, or over glass noodles, over zoodles or on a bed of cool crisp spinach.
