What you can expect in your education session:
Your first session runs between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This appointment is a discovery discussion about health history, your concerns, goals and dietary needs
A game plan for a two week period will be created based on your life style needs and goals
Education around herbal formulas, teas, foods, and supplements will be explained during the session as well.
