Small Group Sessions:
Digestion Rehab: In this class participants learn how to alleviate indigestion, bloating, gas, and acid reflux. Through Crow & Owl's Food As Medicine program, students learn to re-establish a healthy gut biome, optimally assimilate nutrients, and help the body effectively eliminate waste.
