Hippocrates once said "let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."  What he was referring to, is that the food you eat plays a critical role in how your body operates.  Our food decisions are responsible for:
  • Decreasing inflammation and pain
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Reducing cholesterol
  • Controlling hormone production
  • Balancing blood sugar
The choices we make at meal time can help or hinder our ability to sleep, adequately detox, and our energy levels.
All of this plays a part in how we look, feel and age.
What you can expect in your education session: 
  • Your first session runs between 90 minutes and 2 hours.  This appointment is a discovery discussion about health history, your concerns, goals and dietary needs
  • A game plan for a two week period will be created based on your life style needs and goals
  • Education around herbal formulas, teas, foods, and supplements will be explained during the session as well.
