What to expect . Studio policy . General guidelines

Before you arrive


  • All services are by appointment only.  Click here to schedule

  • Appointments can be scheduled at your leisure on line 24/7 by clicking the black "book appointment" button located at the top right of all of our web pages.

  • A valid credit must be provided to hold your appointment booking.  This applies to gift certificates, discount vouchers and prepaid packages.  Crow & Owl will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment, at which time you will be charged the full amount for your service.

  • All appointments start and end on time.  Clients who are 15 minutes or more late will be charged as a no show and the appointment will be forfeited.

  • Crow & Owl accepts clients over the age of 18 only. All faiths, gender, and ethnicity are welcome and safe here.

Cancellation & No Show policy
  • Life can get hectic and there can be unexpected situations, so if you must cancel your appointment please be sure to give us 24 hour notification.  Please leave a message at 602.529.1844 or email us. Appointments cancelled outside of the 24 hour window will be charged the full list price of the service.

  •  "No call-­‐no shows", where no notice is given and the appointment is missed.  A fee equal to 100% of the listed price of the scheduled appointment will be charged.  If a coupon or gift certificate had intended to be used, said coupon or gift certificate may be used for an upcoming appointment.  This includes but is not limited to all Groupon, Living Social, Crow & Owl issued gift certificates and special promotion coupons.

Appointment Day


  • Crow & Owl is located at 29 W Thomas Rd Ste 101 Phoenix AZ 85013.  Our major cross roads are Central & Thomas.

  • Handicap parking can be accessed at the front of the building


  • Intake forms are required for all services.  Please arrive early enough to fill your paper work out. 

  • By filling out the intake form thoroughly it helps your therapist create a plan on how to help you.  Your session is only as good as the information provided.

  • Nutritional and herbal consults require a more detailed intake that will be emailed to you.  Forms must be filled out in their entirety and submitted 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the forms are not submitted in time the appointment will be rescheduled with a $25 rescheduling fee

Appointment Times

  • All appointments start and end on time. 

  • If for some reason the therapist has run over causing your appointment to start late, you will receive all of your time for your appointment.

Running Late?

  • We will do our best to get you on the table and your season started so that you receive as much of your appointment time as possible. 

  • 15 minutes or more late is considered a missed appointment and the appointment will be charged at its full rate.


  • All major credit cards are accepted (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, American Express)

  • Cash is accepted, please no bills larger than $20

  • Groupons, Living Social, and other discount vouchers - We are happy to have new clients find us via the discount voucher system.

  • Vouchers are redeemable for the service listed on the voucher

  • Expired vouchers may be redeemed for the dollar value of purchase, just as though they were a gift card

  • Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash or product

  • 1 voucher per service per client

  • Repeat customers may not redeem same service vouchers within a 6 month period



  • Pre registration is required for in studio and online classes.

  • We keep class sizes to an intimate number to allow for questions and participation.

  • Because of the limited number of registrants class fees are non refundable.


  • Packages have a 6 months expatriation date from the date purchased.

  • Packages may be shared between individuals within the same household.

  • Package purchases are non refundable.
